How do I find my certificate?
To access your certificate, go to Shop.PopSugar.com and log in to your account. Once logged in, click on My Account at the top navigation bar — found in the upper right-hand corner of the site. Once in the My Account section, select Orders. Print out the appropriate certificate and redeem. Your computer must be capable of reading a PDF to access the certificate.
Additionally, you may have accessed our site through Facebook. Proceed to Shop.PopSugar.com, select Sign In, then click on the Facebook connect button. Once logged in, click on My Account at the top navigation bar — found in the upper right-hand corner of the site. Once in the My Account section, select Orders. Print out the appropriate certificate and redeem.

I received a billing error email. How can I fix the error?
You received a billing error email, because there was a problem processing your credit card. Examples of things that can prevent your card from being billed include an expired card, an incorrect expiration date, or a hold on your account.
To edit your credit card information, log in to your PopSugar Shop account. Go to the My Account section at the top navigation bar — found in the upper right-hand corner of the site. Check your payment methods to ensure the credit card and billing information on file matches your credit card's current information your credit card company has on file. We can hold your purchase for three days from the date the billing error email was sent.

Can you tell me which certificates I have redeemed?
Unfortunately, we can't track which certificates you have redeemed. In the Certificate section of your account, you have the capability to mark individual certificates as redeemed. In addition, each business keeps its own records of which certificates have been used. You are welcome to contact them directly to see if they can inform you of your redeemed certificates.

How do I change my password?
To change your password, head to Shop.PopSugar.com and log in to your account. Once logged in, click on My Account – in the upper right-hand corner of the site. Once you are on the Account Info page, you will be able to update your password as well as edit any other information related to your account.

How do I refer friends?
PopSugar Shop will credit your account with $10 for every new purchaser you refer! We strive to provide our members with fabulous offers that you will want to share with friends. There is no limit to the amount of credit you can earn, so start sharing!
To refer a friend, navigate to the offer that you would like to share. Before proceeding, make sure you are logged in to your account. Under the Buy Now button, you should see Earn $10 in Credit. Here, you can use email, Facebook, Twitter, or a customized URL that can be pasted anywhere to share the amazing offer.

How can I give a certificate to a friend?
You can always give a PopSugar Shop certificate to a friend. We think they make great gifts!
Simply print out and provide the certificate to your friend. The name appearing on the certificate will not hinder your friend's ability to redeem the offer. Just make sure they present the certificate upon redemption and the fine print allows for the offer to be given as a gift.

How do I know if a discount code I used when purchasing was applied to my order?
You may verify the applied discount on your purchase confirmation email. The purchase confirmation email will be sent to you right after you have completed your purchase. This email contains a breakdown of the purchase, including any credits or discounts applied.

How do I unsubscribe from your email list?
To unsubscribe from our daily emails, simply click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any offer email. This will remove you from the email list for the city for which the email was sent.
You can also log in to the My Account page – located in the upper right-hand corner of the site – and select the Email Preferences page. This page will allow you to select which emails you would like to receive or unsubscribe from all PopSugar Shop emails.
